Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, Prayagraj has revised the dates of registration of class 9 and 11 students for the academic session 2024-25. As per the instructions of State Minister of State for Secondary Education (Independent Charge) Gulab Devi, this change has been made keeping in mind the interest of the students. Its main objective is to ensure that no student is deprived of the registration process and everyone gets enough time to complete this important process.
Secondary Education Council Secretary Bhagwati Singh said that the principals of the schools have now been allowed to deposit the registration fee and upload the educational details of the students online on the council’s website till September 10, 2024, so that they can complete this process on time.
After this, the principals will have to do a thorough check of the uploaded students’ details such as name, parent’s name, date of birth, subject, photo etc. between September 11 and 13, 2024. Any kind of updation will be prohibited during this period, so that the accuracy of the students’ details can be ensured.
If any details require correction, the principal can make necessary amendments in these details between September 14 and 20, 2024. During this period, details of new students will not be uploaded or accepted, only amendments will be allowed in the details already uploaded. All the principals have to submit the photo-bearing list of registered candidates and a copy of the relevant fund letter to the District School Inspector Office by September 30, 2024.
